Hi Hi!
So my last day for Prep is today with the change of schedules with starting vistor center training on Wednesday. Tuesday this week Claudio R.M. Costa and his wife came and spoke to us which was really cool, telling lots of conversion stories. They are awesome. We also said goodbye to the elders in our district which was no fun, I will miss them but they are serving in Phoenix so I will def contact them when I get back!! :) Tuesday was also a really long study day since we said goodbye to my teachers, but it was really awesome because I had time to read in the B.O.M. just because I can. I came across 2 Nephi 22. That whole chapter is so beautiful and positive I love it. Another one is 2 Nehpi 25:33, the word GRACE in that scripture is written so beautifully. In the Bible dictionary, the definition of grace says it far better than anyone could ever describe. I am in complete awe with how much the Lord loves us....
Wed and Thurs was visitor center training and that was a true challenge and change. With the change of schedule, we didnt sit at lunch or dinner or go to gym with our zone. I felt like the new kids in school halfway through the semester, very odd. But it was cool cause yesterday we got to go to the lunch hour a little early so we saw our zone, it made my day! :) The best part about last night though was the fact that we got to give a tour to volunteers. We set up pictures and had brochures in the middle of the room and brought them around. The spirit was so strong, I got to be my happy dorky self with the volunteers and I ended up learing so much from them. It really is so amazing how the Lord works, in the matter of 5 minutes of meeting someone, I was able to feel the spirit and know where to take them around in the room and what topics I needed to discuss with them. I feel so blessed that the Lord has called me to such a beautiful mission in the Visitors Center.
I fly out on Wednesday and I am so excited!! I feel so blessed to have had such a good time here at the MTC. It is amazing how fast I have grown closer to my zone and my teachers. One of my visotr center teachers and I decided we had to have been friends in the pre-earth life. She is legit. I am so so so so blessed to have so much love from my family and friends and from the people here. I love it. I am nervous for sure about leaving but exciting for what the Lord has in store for me. I know that he trusts me and no matter what I do, there isnt a wrong way. So beautiful.
Thank you for everything and for all the blessings I feel in my life.
Love you!!
Sister Stephanie Larson
