Hello All!
Well, this week was one of my more challenging weeks, just to be honest. I had a harder day on Wednesday with everything, luckily we went to one of our favorite members home, Sister Brown & co. who helped lift my spirit :)
Saturday was Aly Grant, our 9 year old genius investigator's baptism! She was so happy, her mom bought her a white dress, white tights, white shoes and little Aly looked amazing. Her smile was huge and her spirit was so bright! I felt so privileged to be able to teach her all this time and to be apart of her baptism :) That morning we had a huge church cleaning, 2 of our investigators Sean and Nicole came! They helped us clean the baptismal font...one step to help them get into the font. No big deal. Haha.
Sunday was my favorite day this week. Bro. Doug Bischoff gave a talk about how Satan has a megaphone out in the world, trying to tempt everyone and make them think that the majority of the people are following him or that we should follow him. I loved that! It's so true! Pres. Wofford came too who is a counselor to my mission president and he gave a great talk about how the Atonement does so much for our lives and our spirit. He shared John 14:18 which I got something else out of it. In that scripture it says that Christ will not leave us comfortless, He will come to us and in the bottom reference it says "orphans" for comfortless. I loved the thought that Christ will not leave us as orphans, we are never a stranded child or alone.
Sunday Pres. Wofford also gave Sis. Powell and I blessings which were beyond amazing, any description wouldnt really give it justice. Just a little bit about mine, he started out by saying that I am here because of Revelation, I am called by a prophet because of revelation and the things I have said and done on my mission have been because of revelation. (POWERFUL!) He also blessed me with a special power and gift to recognize the spirits and to continue to listen to it because as I do I will see many miracles on my mission. There was lots more but they're for me :) Ha.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful past week and will have another amazing week. It is sad to hear about the other people in Missouri that have been caught up in the tornadoes but it sure does make me appreciate the fact I am still all in tact :) I love you all so much and I think about my family and friends all the time!! I even had a dream last night about many friends and family, we were all kicking it in some park playing games. Maybe a future dream? Haha. Anyways, may you all see the blessings in your life and stay positive and YOURSELF! :)

LOVE,

SISTAAAAAAAAAAAA Larson
